Rick is the Global IT Director for Amazon. He directs all IT infrastructure and M&A integrations for Amazon globally. Rick brings 25 years of IT leadership including Senior Director of Engineering and Director for Xbox Global Data Centers where he managed 100MM annual engineering budgets. Rick was Vice-President at Wimmer Solutions, a Microsoft Gold Partner staffing and consulting company, managing a team of over 80 onsite and remote talents for Forbes 100 clients.

Greg has been professor of Data Technology at the University of Washington since 2011. He has also taught at the University of Chicago and Northeastern University. Previously Greg spent 20 years in the tech industry as a data administrator and senior database designer with Microsoft, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Disney Internet Group. Greg has a Masters of Science in Information Technology from the UW. Greg has over 3000 successful students working in data roles globally.

Ramesh is the Director of 4E Centre and Professor of ISM at KBTU. He was on the launch team for Nazarbayev University and began the Bang School of Business at KIMEP University. He has been a guest speaker at MIT, among many other top institutions of higher learning. Graduates of Ramesh's programs in KZ work in Google, Microsoft, and Facebook. Ramesh has a PhD from Carnegie Mellon University and has lectured at Washington University and University of Minnesota.

Josh is the Vice-President of Operations and Strategic Programs for E2 Educatiional Services. A global organization with 20 years experience in talent development in Central Asia. Josh is the Co-Founder of Fractus Data Analysis with a client roster including Starbucks and Boeing. Josh runs programs developing hundreds of on-site talents and multiple remote teams for top US companies. Josh launched programs in Japan, Russia and Kazakhstan.
